Wendy Millet

Wendy Millet is Director of TomKat Ranch, an educational ranch that conducts on-site science and trials, activates networks of changemakers, trains new land stewards, and provides advisory services to organizations interested in regenerative agriculture and food systems. She has spent her career working at the confluence of conservation and working lands in a range of settings and is currently a board member of Western Landowners Alliance, LegacyWorks Group, and the California Council of Land Trusts. Wendy is co-founder of Women in Ranching and Gallop Ventures, an equine-guided leadership business. Now based in Pescadero, California, with her husband and two large dogs, she continues to advance collaborative solutions that demonstrate how working lands can simultaneously support thriving ecosystems, productive agriculture, and resilient communities.
